I am a legal professional with a uniquely diverse background. Raised in Indiana, my family embarked on a journey that led me to international schools in Tokyo during middle school and Singapore during high school, where I became deeply ingrained in both the local and expat communities. While many professionals emphasize the importance of relationship building, considering my experience of attending five different high schools during a pivotal age, relationship building was not only a skill I learned but also became critical for survival.

 

Drawing from the resilience cultivated during my "nomadic" youth, I harnessed Oracle's remote work policy to embark on a transformative two-year period in Mexico. Here, I not only learned conversational Spanish but also established a network of like-minded individuals who shared my zest for life. This innate excitement for the "new" has been a driving force in both my personal and professional life. My legal background and my ability to seamlessly transition between the realms of law and product development have equipped me with the essential skills to effectively navigate the dynamic landscape of technology transactions.

 

Beyond my career, I harbor a profound passion for emerging technologies, the sciences, space exploration, the intricate world of quantum physics and social justice. For me, the journey of supporting innovative products and advancing the commercialization of groundbreaking ideas, along with supporting individuals in my local commmunity achieve their potential is a central tenet of my career pursuit.
